Yoni and Chavi Berger* recently celebrated their 2nd anniversary. Together, they live in Passaic, NJ, close to where their parents live. Yoni is a successful accountant with an annual income of $100,000 and Chavi is busier than ever in her last semester of Nursing School.
In the last year, both Yoni and Chavi each went in for an annual physical, and between the 2 of them they had to make 4 sick visits. In February, Chavi complained of severe headaches and upon her doctors’ recommendation, made an appointment with a specialist. She had a CT scan performed, and Baruch HaShem, everything looked healthy.
Like many couples with one working partner and one still in school, the Bergers struggle to pay off Yoni’s school loans and Chavi’s Nursing School tuition while taking care of rent, day-to-day bills and maintaining a comfortable lifestyle. Thankfully, the Bergers are members of United Refuah HealthShare. Let’s take a look at how United Refuah has an impact on their lives.
